A: Make sure the code is entered correctly and that your order meets all eligibility requirements. An expired or restricted coupon may not be accepted. -
Q: Are promotional codes valid on discounted merchandise?
A: Some codes can be used on already-discounted products, while others exclude sale, clearance, or promotional items. Refer to the specific offer conditions. -
Q: Does my order need to reach a certain value before using a coupon?
A: Some coupons have a minimum purchase requirement. The qualifying subtotal must meet the amount specified in the promotion. -
Q: Will the coupon apply to my entire purchase?
A: Not necessarily. The discount may apply only to selected products, categories, or other eligible items included in the offer. -
Q: Can I enter a coupon while shopping on my phone?
A: Yes, provided the coupon is supported on the mobile checkout experience. Enter the code in the designated promotion field before placing your order. -
Q: Can I pay with a gift card after applying a coupon?
A: Depending on GBNY's payment rules, a gift card may be used toward the remaining balance after an eligible coupon has been applied. -
Q: Is there a special discount for new shoppers?
A: GBNY may provide introductory coupons for qualifying first-time customers. These offers can have additional account or purchase requirements. -
Q: Can customers outside the store's main market use coupons?
A: Not all promotions are available internationally. Regional restrictions may apply based on the destination, currency, or other conditions. -
Q: Can I redeem the same coupon multiple times?
A: Only if the promotion allows repeated use. Some codes are restricted to a single redemption per customer or account. -
Q: What should I check before using a coupon?
A: Review the expiration date, eligible products, minimum purchase, usage limits, geographic restrictions, and any exclusions listed with the offer. -
Q: Will using a coupon change the reward points I earn?
A: It may. Depending on the rewards program, points can be calculated from the discounted amount rather than the original merchandise value. -
Q: What if a promotion is already showing in my cart?
A: An automatic promotion may affect whether a separate coupon can be used. The checkout system may apply whichever offer takes precedence under the promotion rules. -
Q: What happens to my coupon if I cancel my order?
A: The treatment of a coupon after cancellation depends on GBNY's redemption policy. Some codes may be restored, while others may remain marked as used. -

Q: Are there coupons that require multiple qualifying products?
A: Yes. Certain offers become valid only when you purchase a specified quantity or combination of eligible products. -
Q: Can a coupon run out before its listed expiration date?
A: Yes. If a promotion has a limited number of redemptions, it may end once that limit is reached. -
Q: Where will I see my coupon savings?
A: After entering a valid code, check the cart or order summary for the corresponding discount before completing your purchase. -
Q: Can a coupon be combined with another store promotion?
A: Some offers permit combination with other promotions, while others do not. The coupon's stacking rules determine whether both discounts can be used. -
Q: Why did my coupon stop working after I changed my order?
A: Cart changes can affect eligibility. Removing a qualifying product, changing quantities, or adding excluded items may cause the promotion to disappear. -
Q: Do coupons apply to products that are temporarily unavailable?
A: Eligibility for backordered or pre-order products depends on the individual promotion. Some offers may exclude items that have not yet shipped. -
Q: How can I verify a coupon before relying on it?
